weFly ASSIGNMENT OF CLAIMS

 

Assignment of claim for case id :

An agreement between weFly and the following person(s): Name with address of Flight # Flight date

is been made to irrevocably assign ownership of the claim to weFly LLC. The source of these claims is a compensation right due to delay/cancel/denied booking or others based, but not restricted to, Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 – SHY-passenger regulation.

weFly LLC accepts the assignment of the claim. weFly LLC will take all necessary legal action to pursuit the claim. Customer will receive the part of the financial compensation mentioned in the terms and conditions latest 3 weeks after weFly LLC has received the compensation from the airlines.

After signing this assignment form, the client assigns weFly LLC to claim compensation on behalf of him/her and is not allowed to take any payment or compensation directly from the airline. By signing this agreement the client warrants that he/she is authorized and has legal capacity to enter into the agreement.

He/ She consents that the personal data of the above mentioned persons being collected and processed by weFly LLC in accordance with the Data Protection Policy
